We are seeking an energetic and experienced Literacy Teacher to join our team Thrive Center! As a Literacy teacher, you will lead a class of students through a successful school year, creating and implementing a comprehensive educational curriculum. The ideal candidate will help develop literacy skills and promote a love for reading and writing in students. This position requires a strong educational background and the ability to engage with students to enhance their learning experience.
Responsibilities :
- Teach reading and writing skills to students of varying age groups and abilities.
- Develop lesson plans and curriculum tailored to student needs.
- Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic success.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure students' overall academic development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
