Join the Children & Family Advocacy Center as an Advocate!
As an Advocate, you will provide emotional support and advocacy for residential clients in a trauma-informed setting. You will assist clients with daily tasks, help manage their schedules and provide transportation to appointments as needed. From a comprehensive care perspective, you will collaborate with the residential team to ensure clients are connected with necessary resources and services. Additionally, you'll document client progress, create tailored success plans, and offer crisis intervention when needed.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills & trauma-informed care knowledge
- Bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus
Experience in residential or supportive settings preferred.
