What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Children's Aid Society?
Ensure program services are high quality. This includes handling inquiries, enrollments, referrals, support, interventions, and closure activities. - Oversee project development and ensure it is managed efficiently within the budget and guidelines. - Supervise skill-building workshops and other service options. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all program participants. Address any complaints or issues that arise. - Actively recruit and network through outreach efforts. Seek potential referral sources and build strong relationships with them. - Manage all promotional, marketing, and advertising activities. - Facilitate project workshops as needed. Make sure they help clients learn and apply skills to stay engaged. - Provide case management services to participants. - Supervise employees by hiring, training, coaching, evaluating, and resolving conflicts. - Create a fair, respectful, and positive work environment. - Join the agency management team and participate in the Family Support Committee of the Board of Directors. Prepare monthly reports and track finances. - Conduct program evaluations. Help with grant applications and necessary reporting. - Attend required grant meetings. - Follow and promote the trauma-informed care and healing-centered approaches from the Trauma-Informed PA Plan of 2020. - Perform other duties assigned by the Executive Director or Assistant Director.
