We are looking for a Toddler Childcare Aide to encourage the healthy growth of the children in our Childcare Center. This role is responsible for providing childcare in a group setting under the supervision of the lead teacher in the classroom. Expected hours are 7:30-12:00 but must be flexible. Responsibilities
- Attend to the care, safety, and well-being of all children at the center under the supervision of the lead teacher
- Use a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc.) to enhance the child’s abilities
- Assist the lead teacher in carrying out the program curriculum
- Participate in education and support efforts for child care families through staff and parent meetings
- Oversee children’s play and physical care
