**Lead Engaging Workshops** - Strategically organize impactful virtual and in-person workshops, as directed by the manager, ensuring flexibility with evening and weekend scheduling to maximize participation. - Take the initiative to facilitate workshops and provide childcare support when necessary, fostering a welcoming environment for all participants. 2. **Manage Gift Card Initiatives** - Proactively purchase and distribute gift cards, delivering them directly to couples to enhance their experience. - Maintain precise records of gift card inventory and promptly communicate with the manager regarding replenishment needs. - Accurately enter gift card agreements into the shared data drive and document incentives in nFORM2.0, ensuring transparency and efficiency in our processes. - Keep all gift card agreements organized and easily accessible for reference. 3. **Foster Meaningful Communication** - Schedule regular meetings and phone calls with participants, cultivating strong relationships and open lines of communication. - Reach out proactively via calls or texts to address participants’ case management needs, demonstrating genuine care and commitment to their success. 4. **Drive Effective Case Management** - Collaborate with participants to complete Individual Development Plan forms, setting clear and achievable goals for their journey. - Diligently document and file comprehensive notes on participants, ensuring the highest standard of accuracy and confidentiality. 5. **Enhance Data Management Practices** - Systematically enter attendance records into nFORM2.0, ensuring a reliable understanding of class participation and completion rates. - Vigilantly track and analyze participant engagement, enabling continuous improvement of our programs. - Regularly update and maintain all client files, ensuring that our records reflect current information, and support effective service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or other related field from an accredited college or university, and two years experience working with children and families; or an Associate’s Degree in a related field and five years related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.41 - $16.54 per hour
