With innovative treatment pods, inclusive classrooms, and custom sensory gyms , we’re redefining what’s possible for children with autism and developmental challenges. And in 2025, we’re expanding even further—adding Speech-Language Pathology to our services!
Now, we need dedicated Behavior Technicians in West Plains to help us create brighter futures, one child at a time.

What You’ll Do as a Behavior Technician :
- Work one-on-one with children, helping them develop social, communication, and life skills.
- Implement custom treatment plans designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support each child’s unique needs.
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment where learning and growth happen every day.
- Celebrate progress —from a child’s first word to mastering daily tasks, every milestone is a win.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to making a lasting impact.
