Are you passionate about helping children grow stronger and reach their full potential? At Children's Behavioral Services (CBS), we are transforming pediatric care across South Central Missouri. What began in 2019 as a small one-room clinic has grown into two advanced facilities in Willow Springs and West Plains, featuring custom sensory gyms, inclusive classroom spaces, and innovative treatment pods.
CBS specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Occupational Therapy (OT) and will soon add Physical Therapy (PT) and Speech-Language Pathology in 2024. We’re dedicated to providing exceptional care to children in clinics, schools, homes, and the community.
Physical Therapist
As a Physical Therapist with CBS, you’ll play a key role in helping children overcome physical challenges, build essential motor skills, and gain independence. If you’re a compassionate and motivated professional eager to make a difference, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do :
- Assess and design personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique physical goals and needs.
- Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions to help children develop or regain critical motor skills.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve the best outcomes.
- Create home exercise programs and educate families on tools and techniques to support ongoing growth.
- Stay informed about the latest in pediatric physical therapy through continuing education and professional development.
- Document patient care while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards.
