Since opening in 2019 as a humble one-room operation, we've blossomed into two cutting-edge facilities in Willow Springs and West Plains, featuring innovative treatment pods, inclusive classroom spaces, and custom-built sensory gyms. Our team is dedicated to helping children thrive through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy (OT), and soon, Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Physical Therapy.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at CBS, you’ll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team, working to empower children to communicate, connect, and achieve their full potential.
What You’ll Do :
- Assess and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals.
- Conduct engaging one-on-one therapy sessions that foster growth and independence.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize outcomes.
- Provide training and support to fellow team members through in-service programs.
- Stay at the forefront of your field through continuing education and professional development.
- Document progress and maintain confidentiality while adhering to all compliance regulations.
