Since 2019, CBS has grown from a one-room clinic into two state-of-the-art facilities in Willow Springs and West Plains. Designed with custom sensory gyms, inclusive learning spaces, and innovative therapy pods, our clinics are hubs of collaboration, progress, and care. With expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Occupational Therapy (OT), we’re expanding to include Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) and Physical Therapy (PT) in 2024—creating a comprehensive, interdisciplinary team dedicated to transforming pediatric care.
Your Role: Speech-Language Pathologist
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at CBS, you won’t just be improving speech—you’ll be giving children the tools to connect with the world. You’ll work alongside a passionate team of therapists to help children find their voice, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.
What You’ll Do
✅ Assess and create personalized treatment plans to support each child’s unique communication needs.✅ Provide one-on-one and group therapy focused on speech, language, fluency, and social communication.✅ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—including Occupational Therapists, Behavior Analysts, and Physical Therapists—to provide holistic, integrated care.✅ Partner with families and caregivers to provide tools and strategies that promote communication growth beyond therapy sessions.✅ Track progress and adapt therapy plans to ensure each child reaches their full potential.✅ Stay up to date on best practices and innovative approaches in pediatric speech therapy.
What We’re Looking For
✔ A compassionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologist with a heart for helping children succeed.✔ A graduate of an accredited SLP program.✔ Missouri SLP licensure (or pending).
