Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum
- Provide support in managing classroom behavior and promoting a positive learning environment
- Assist with the care and supervision of all the children in the classroom
- Provide additional support to children with special needs
- Collaborate with lead teachers to plan and execute daily activities and lessons
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Patience and understanding when working with young children
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Experience or training in behavior management techniques for young children
Required Qualifications: All candidates must pass State and Federal background checks.
