We're looking for a motivated and organized general maintenance professional with strong in the following experience, who can work flexible hours and successfully complete projects with minimal or no supervision.
We are a well-established Preschool with locations throughout San Diego County. We offer flexible hours, but the ideal candidate will work 8 hour day, Monday through Fridays between 6am-6pm.
Responsibilities :
- Applicant must pass background clearance
- Complete maintenance / repairs and improvement projects, including but not limited to : indoor & outdoor painting, replace ceiling fans, fix general plumbing, unclog sinks and toilets, replace new toilets, & electrical issues but not limited to, other miscellaneous maintenance work.
- Must have reliable transportation (Travel to our Chula Vista Preschool when needed) We offer mileage reimbursement
- Be able to work during weekday / daytime hours
- Communicate with Manager about scope of work and expectations
- Manage time to effectively meet deadlines
- Must have own "day to day tools" of the trade
- Team player who can work independently
- 5 years of paid professional experience
- Variable hours & Independent contractors are welcome to apply
- Furniture assembling
