What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Trauma Services position at Children's Crisis Treatment Center?
CCTC is seeking an Assistant Director of Trauma Services that will support the Director of Trauma Services with the overall clinical and operational integrity of the Trauma Services Program. The Assistant Director of Trauma Services' duties include : assisting with the management of the clinical and administrative operations of the Trauma Services Program, which includes supporting the implementation and sustainment of evidenced-based practices and treatment models within the department, monitoring clinicians' productivity, and assisting in representing the Trauma Services Program in community initiatives and projects, as well with CCTC's internal initiatives and committees. The Assistant Director of Trauma Services will also provide ongoing weekly clinical supervision to Master's level (or above) clinicians; assist with clinical emergencies; participate in program team meetings; assist in establishing and implementing the goals and objectives for the program; and assist in planning and implementing best practices, supervision, evaluation, and training of program staff to ensure compliance with licensing, funding, and other regulatory agencies.
Requirements :
Licensed psychologist, licensed clinical social worker or licensed professional counselor with clinical experience in the field of children's trauma-focused treatment, supervisory, and management experience. At least one (1) year working as a supervisor and knowledge of human resource management and effective supervisory techniques, knowledge of fiscal and budgetary management, ability to work effectively with clients, staff, agencies, ability to evaluate programs and employee effectiveness.
