Children’s Dental FunZone is looking for an energetic and motivated Traveling Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to support our Alhambra, Montebello and Eagle Rock/Glendale locations! What You'll Do:
- Educate patients & parents on orthodontic treatment options & financial plans
- Guide patients through their treatment journey & ensure a positive experience
- Present treatment fees & help coordinate insurance & payment plans
- Travel between our Alhambra & Eagle Rock/ Glendale offices to support both locations
- Work closely with the orthodontist & clinical team to ensure seamless care
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator in an orthodontic or dental office
🔹 Great communication & sales skills – able to build trust with kids & parents
🔹 Organized & detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
🔹 Willingness to travel between Alhambra & Eagle Rock locations
🔹 Experience with dental/ortho software (Dentrix, and OrthoBank) is a plus!
Job Type:
- Full-time. Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 5:00 pm Sat 8:00 am- 2:00 pm
- Hourly Monthly Bonuses Benefits
- Pay $23-$27 (Negotiable DOE)
Salary : $23 - $27
