As a Patient Care Representative at Children's Dentistry of Maine, your role is crucial in a creating a welcoming environment, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in our pediatric dental practice. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, a heart for working with little ones, and strong attention to detail, we want you on our team!
Hours of Operation: Tuesday-Thursday: 8-4:30, Friday: 8-4.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Scheduling patients
- Answering phones
- Collecting and processing payments
- Communication with local dental offices
