π About the Role
As an Assistant Manager, youβll play a vital role in supporting the Office Manager with the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of our pediatric dental office. Youβll help lead a cheerful, efficient team, ensuring smooth office operations and the highest level of patient care.
Youβll work closely with our dentists, dental assistants, front office staff, and upper management to implement best practices and keep our days running like a well-oiled machine π.
π Responsibilities

Oversee daily pediatric office operations and supervise staff

Organize and lead staff meetings and daily huddles β
β
Manage office and clinical supply ordering
β
Maintain productive office and dental schedules π
β
Support and mentor team members through consistent coaching and guidance πͺ

Monitor progress, meet deadlines, and keep leadership informed
β
Serve as a key point of contact for workflow improvements
π― What Weβre Looking For
Qualifications:

βοΈ High school diploma or equivalent (business or healthcare management education a plus π)
βοΈ Minimum 2 years dental office experience required; pediatric dental experience is a bonus! π
