What You'll Do:
✅ Appointment Confirmation & Scheduling:
- Audit daily schedules and verify upcoming appointments.
- Place courtesy calls to confirm appointments and follow up on missed visits.
✅ Patient Outreach & Retention:
- Proactively contact patients past due for dental visits.
- Reschedule missed appointments
✅ Administrative & Customer Service:
- Accurately document all patient interactions and scheduled appointments.
- Address patient questions, resolve scheduling conflicts, and maintain a positive experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone presence.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience is a plus!).
- Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage high call volumes.
