About the Role
As a Dental Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the office, ensuring that both patients and staff have a seamless, positive experience. You will work closely with the dental team, including dentists, assistants, and receptionists, to ensure smooth office operations, high levels of patient care, and efficient business practices.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an efficient workflow and a welcoming environment for patients and families.
- Supervise and train staff, promoting teamwork and collaboration to reach operational goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to provide exceptional service and maintain patient satisfaction.
- Ensure that the office complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards.
- Monitor office productivity and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
- Handle patient concerns and feedback, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee scheduling and appointment management to maximize patient flow and reduce wait times.
- Manage office inventory, ensuring that supplies are stocked and equipment is properly maintained.
- Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services as needed.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a dental setting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial role.
- Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or healthcare management is a plus.
- Positive and friendly attitude, with a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care.
