Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & Communication
Ensuring a supportive and engaging work environment, the HR Manager will provide expert guidance on workplace policies, foster open communication, and proactively address employee concerns. By promoting company culture and conflict resolution, this role enhances team collaboration and overall workplace satisfaction. Performance Management
Working closely with the executive team to set HR strategies, the HR Manager will collaborate with operations leadership to implement these initiatives effectively. Additionally, this role will work with leadership to create reports for monitoring employee performance, engagement, and development, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Staying current on employment laws and healthcare regulations, the HR Manager will review, revise, and implement HR policies to ensure alignment with legal requirements and company objectives. Additionally, this role will maintain accurate employee records in compliance with privacy laws and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Human Resources
- Strong understanding of employment laws such as the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, along with healthcare-specific compliance requirements like HIPAA and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
