The IEP Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the development and coordination of student IEPs. The Program Coordinator will serve as a conduit between EBC’s partner districts and the school site staff for the IEP progress. This position supports both Esther B. Clark Program campuses within CHC and is primarily based at the Palo Alto Campus. This position currently reports to the Director of Schools.

About the role!
The IEP Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the development and coordination of student IEPs. The Program Coordinator will serve as a conduit between EBC’s partner districts and the school site staff for the IEP progress. This position supports both Esther B. Clark Program campuses within CHC and is primarily based at the Palo Alto Campus. This position currently reports to the Director of Schools.
As IEP Coordinator, you will:
- Maintain an up-to-date list of district contacts.
- Develop an IEP calendar before the beginning of school.
- Schedule and coordinate all IEP meetings.
- Request and review paperwork for completeness.
- Schedule and coordinate all triennial assessments with the district.
- Schedule and coordinate all 30-day IEP meetings.
- Coordinate present levels, goal updates, and proposed goals from EBC to the district.
- Develop, maintain, and store IEP files in alignment with Ed Code.
- Ensure new students enrollment is processed through the school’s Student Information System.
- Ability to work independently and on teams.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign.
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.
- Ability to create and present data.
- At least (3) years of office administrative experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe, and DocuSign.
- B.A. or B.S. in a school or business-related field.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods and perform the majority of work at a computer workstation.
- May be required to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work occasionally in the early mornings and late evenings to support or address emergency situations when timeliness is critical.
- The employee and supervisor will determine the 210-day calendar of days.
- This is an on-site position.
- Extensive interpersonal interaction with peers and outside contacts.
Range: $75,000-$95,000 per year
Pay Type: salary
- The starting base salary for this position is as shown above. The actual base salary is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs, and market demand. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
