Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver competent and skilled nursing care to patients and families according to their identified needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary BERT team to ensure patient and staff safety.
- Support bedside staff in providing a safe environment for patients with high-risk behaviors by inspecting rooms and removing at-risk items.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years Psych RN related experience Required
- Four-year Bachelor's degree in Nursing Required
- Current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas Required
