Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Systems Analyst involved in response to cyber security alerts, temperature monitoring & asset management tracking ensuring customer KPI's are met, perform audits and risk assessments of all medical devices as required in the system for accurate reporting of data. The successful candidate will be responsible for updating, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting the device security, temperature monitoring and asset tracking systems for all medical equipment to ensure data integrity on CHST's network. Entail responding to trouble calls, identifying fault conditions, and remediating if capable or contacting owning party's department leaders, internal HTM technicians, manufactures, vendors that are in direct support of equipment maintenance, management resources to resolve issues with each solution.
Responsibilities :
- Monitors and responds to customers medical device asset and cybersecurity management platform findings and mitigating steps.
- Ensure work orders are completed within defined KPI's on site if needed for successful completion. Collaborate and work with clients to respond and coordinate mitigating steps and compensating controls on medical devices from ORDR platform.
- Assist with GAP analysis by physically identifying devices and verifying the IT parameters to correlate with ORDR platform.
- Apply patches, software updates and device in mitigations as assigned.
- Assist with data integrity with normalizing the data in the CMMS and Cybersecurity platforms.
- Provide end-user training and support for customers and HTM staff as needed.
- Provide support with new features and functionality of the ORDR platform.
- Create, update & maintain device attributes and profiling in the ORDR platform.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software to ensure data connection integrity.
- Assist with managing FDA notifications and recalls with HTM staff to address all alerts.
- Assures compliance with all regulatory stands including patient safety and all relative criteria governing the safe appropriate use, testing and management of medical devices.
- Maintain RTLS software updates for retired assets removing as needed all equipment through retirement process.
- Add new assets to Mobileview as equipment is being deployed through check in process.
- Provide updates to temperature monitoring alerts for additions and changes to the RTLS software.
- Periodically validate assets between the RTLS and CMMS systems to ensure all fields are matching to normalize both system for accuracy. (Report from Nuvolo).
- Process new requests for adding permissions to users that require additional access, that includes new technicians, users for temperature monitoring, etc.
- Update temperature monitoring events / alerts as needed required when changes are made to the system.
- Create new temperature events, alerts and departments as needed required for new project acquisitions.
- Perform annual update and support for all temperature monitoring customers to update the tip sheets for department alerts.
- Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from Senior Analysts.
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
