Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Management of the Food Service Team to include Production/Patient Services/Catering/Retail
- Customer Service/Labor/Purchasing/Labeling/Dating/Waste/Sales/Catering/Temperature daily audits
- HACCP focused with TDH/City and other regulatory agencies
- Ongoing and initial training of staff to ensure compliance capabilities
- Recognizes and adopts activities appropriate to the specific needs of the patients we service and demonstrates knowledge of specific issues related to our population.
- At least 1 year Leadership Experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire and maintain current status thereafter required
