Job Title & Specialty Area: Lead Food Services Tech

Department: Food Services

Location: Plano, TX

Shift: open availability (any shift) and at least one weekend a month

Job Type: On-Site

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily Management of the Food Service Team to include Production/Patient Services/Catering/Retail
• Customer Service/Labor/Purchasing/Labeling/Dating/Waste/Sales/Catering/Temperature daily audits
• HACCP focused with TDH/City and other regulatory agencies
• Ongoing and initial training of staff to ensure compliance capabilities
• Recognizes and adopts activities appropriate to the specific needs of the patients we service and demonstrates knowledge of specific issues related to our population.
  
  

Work Experience

• At least 1 year Leadership Experience preferred
  
  

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required
  
  

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

• Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire and maintain current status thereafter required
