Summary:
The People Data Analyst will be responsible for administration and maintenance of the people analytics platform, while also serving as the first contact for end user support.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for administration of people analytics platform, including configuration, security provisions, updates, etc.
Keeps up-to-date on system revisions and enhancements to ensure analytics platform is fully utilized and usability is enhanced.
Provide oversight for the design and maintenance of the user experience for different functions (HR Consulting, HR COEs, organizational leadership, etc.)
Upkeep data integrity, through audits and governance review.
Work with various internal clients to perform basic analyses for people insights, including the development of self-service data solutions in the platform.
Design and continuously evolve reporting and analytics solutions within the self-serve platform that place data in meaningful context for the reader (e.g. ad hoc reporting tools, standard reports, executive dashboards, HR scorecards, etc.).
Coordinate projects with system provider for system repairs, improvements, and/or expansions.
Support organizational surveys through data generation using analytics platforms.
Understand the data available in multiple source systems and existing business intelligence technology tools; identify capability/data gaps. Work with HRIS and IT to build future capability to fill gaps in the people analytics platform.
Communicates with end-users as technical support in diagnosing and resolving system problems and processing errors. Designs, extracts, and interprets advanced ad hoc reports, custom databases, and data interfaces as requested.
This is a full-time position.
How You’ll Be Successful
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 4 years Technical experience, including systems administration or analytical roles required
Experience in Human Resources, including familiarity with common HR/People/Talent metrics preferred
Experience consulting with internal or external client groups preferred
EDUCATION
Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
