Summary :
The Performance Measurement Sr. Specialist will collaborate with a diverse team of subject matter experts at Children's Health and our agency partners to develop, optimize, and maintain comprehensive performance measurement frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of performance metrics, KPIs, and data analysis techniques, with a proven track record of improving organizational performance through data-driven insights. This role will be pivotal in helping Children's Health assess the effectiveness of marketing and communication tactics, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and agency partners to gather performance data and insights
- Works with ITS to develop, maintain and refine comprehensive performance measurement frameworks
- Leads efforts to standardize and streamline performance measurement processes across the organization.
- Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and data manipulation tools.
- Design and implement data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Conducts deep-dive analyses to understand root causes of performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the presentation of findings and insights through clear and concise data visualizations, charts, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Document methodologies, processes, and findings to enable knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Data Visualization experience leveraging Tableau
- Experience with CRM analytics (Web, App, Push, SMS, Email, Social, etc)
- Comfortable using one or more programming languages (such as R, Python, or SQL) is preferred.

EDUCATION
Four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience bachelor's degree in management information systems, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or equivalent Required
