Summary :
Working with the Chief Market Executive and / or Chief of Staff for Market Operations, this individual leads the planning, coordination and design of a portfolio of projects / initiatives on behalf of the Market Operations team. Leads data collection and analysis pertaining to critical projects and outcomes for the Market Operations team. Manages projects on behalf of the Chief Market Executive or serve as a liaison for specific projects, including those pertaining to operational strategy, clinical operations and our expansion efforts. It is important for this person to work closely with and communicate with various CHST executives to keep the Chief Market Executive and his / her team informed of project progress and issues.
Responsibilities :
- Assesses processes associated with the administrative, financial, and people management of the Dallas Market Operations team, offers recommendations for improvement, and oversees implementation, as needed.
- Monitors a portfolio of initiatives, projects, and / or critical outcomes on behalf of the Dallas Market Operations team. Works with leaders to interpret results and develop plans for improvement.
- Manages and guides high priority projects on behalf of the Dallas Market Operations team, while partnering with appropriate project management resources and executive stakeholders.
- Serves as a consultant for the Dallas Market Operations team, partnering with organizational leaders to integrate the priorities of the Dallas Market Operations team and various enterprise projects.
- Oversees one or more areas of the Dallas Market Operations team, including, but not limited to, administrative, financial or people management. Works with the appropriate enterprise functions (HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment across departments and functions.
