The incumbent has total operational and financial responsibility for retail food service operations, directly performs hands-on work on an ongoing basis to ensure proper employee training, timely response to customer service needs, and consistent modeling of professionalism. The incumbent provides overall leadership, recognizes and motivates members of the team, and contributes to continuous improvement for operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Manages day-to-day operations by scheduling and monitoring labor, ensuring adequate par of retail items through proper organization, communication and delegation to the management team.
- Maintains professional presence, especially in peak business hours, assuring customer satisfaction, trouble-shooting customer issues and assisting at all levels.
- Manages and develops the retail management team and sets the standard for excellent customer service and work.
- Controls profit and loss (i.e. budgeted revenue and labor) by following cash handling protocol and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing and monitoring of financials and correctly reports and works with department leadership to take appropriate action to maintain P&L.
- Guarantees food quality and 100% customer satisfaction by auditing food items and customer service performance.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year Supervisory or leadership experience Req
- At least 1 year Food Service Experience Pref
- High school diploma or equivalent Req
- Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience Pref
- Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Pref
- Certified Food Manager (CFM) certificate Req
