Job Description

Supports all Employee Health initiatives with a focus on data analyses and process improvement. Responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources (e.g., leave administration, workers compensation report, insurance processing, employee health vendors and operations) to extract trends and deliver recommendations on employee safety and condition management programs. Works closely with third-party administrators and employees to manage accommodations and administer the return-to-work program. Responsible for all data and reporting to quality and system scorecards.

Experience

  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Accommodations and FMLA, including terminology, claims resolution, compliance, and ADA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, and / or Workers' Compensation
  • Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification Summary

  • No professional certifications required
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Solid understanding of FMLA and leave of absence, ADA, and accommodation compliance
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Flexible and adaptive
  • Ability to troubleshoot, recommend, and implement solutions from end to end
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively across various levels of the organization
  • Job Responsibilities

  • Support the administration of disability and leave management programs, including FMLA, ADA, Worker's Compensation, and company-paid leave programs.
  • Leads process improvement for all Employee Health areas.
  • Ensures consistent and compliant administration across the organization, leveraging expertise to guide decision making and ensure appropriate communication to employees and key business partners.
  • Administers accommodations in partnership with legal.
  • Administers a return-to-work program.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to proactively inform employees of available leave options and accommodations.
  • Assist employees in understanding their rights and the processes involved, ensuring clear and supportive guidance.
  • Support the delivery of the annual flu vaccine program.
  • Maintaining system wide compliance rates for all Employee Health requirements.
  • Partners with workers' compensation in coordination with TPA.
  • Complies with infection prevention, safety, and OSHA procedures and regulations.
