Job Description
Manages and oversee unit operational functions, human resource management, special projects, and process redesign. Coordinates project teams to ensure quality implementations within established timelines. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services and promote a safe environment at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in nursing, education, leadership, or other healthcare related fieldMinimum 1 year of leadership and management experience in a healthcare settingPediatric experienceEducation
Bachelor of Science in NursingCertification Summary
Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure CompactBasic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employmentProfessional Nursing Certification deemed by department required upon one year of hire.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
