Job Description

A highly skilled and motivated Platform Administrator. The Nuvolo Platform Administrator will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing technical expertise and support, and ensuring the successful maintenance and utilization of Nuvolo's platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience as a platform or system administrator with emphasis in Computerized Maintenance Management System. 5 Years in a highly regulated environment like Healthcare, Nuclear, Clean room manufacturing preferred
  • Experience working with Maintenance, Healthcare Technology Management, or similar teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar field
  • Experience with Nuvolo or Service Now platforms
  • Program compliance with Federal and State regulations and The Joint Commission standards
  • Education

  • A High School diploma
  • Certification Summary

  • No professional certifications required
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong technical background and understanding of software and hardware systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically and creatively
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience with ServiceNow or a ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
  • Ability to code in JavaScript
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Nuvolo application within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Perform Nuvolo promotions within the different environments and coordinate closely with the internal ServiceNow team.
  • Maintain users, groups, roles, departments etc. along with the any other platform specific configuration changes.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal customers using the Nuvolo application and develop and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • Act as an advisor to business stakeholders on Nuvolo and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Understand technical requirements and objectives and recommend solutions.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for troubleshooting and support, follow-up and timely resolution of support cases, configuration review and project related requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and integration of Nuvolo's products and services. Liaise directly with Nuvolo for escalated issues and support.
  • Assist with developing minor enhancements to enable the customer experience as needed.
  • Maintain test scripts and support testing during platform and application upgrades.
  • Ensure overall platform and change management best practices are followed.
  • Establish and facilitate ongoing governance committee to ensure alignment across all stakeholders on priorities.
