Job Description
Provides oversight for technical training team. Collaborates with system leaders and stakeholders to assess training needs and deliver solutions that support and enhance clinical competency, professional development, and improved patient outcomes.
Experience
- 3 years of experience in management and leadership
- Advanced skills in Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010, Lectora, and other computer-based training software
- Proven experience in leading project planning and delivery of large-scale training programs
