The urgent care is open Monday-Friday 11am-9pm and Saturday-Sunday 9am-7pm. The position is 36 hours per week. You would have 1 clinical shift per week (10hrs) and the remaining hours would be administrative.
Works under the direction of the manager to facilitate daily operations, including patient flow, staffing assignments, safe patient care, and to promote a healthy work environment at Children's.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ healthcare experience required
- 1 year of Clinical Nurse 3-5 level or management/administrative experience in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 1 year of employment as required by department specifications
- Professional Nursing Certification deemed by department required upon one year of hire
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- May serve as unit leader on shift in absence of manager.
- Drives and effectively facilitates admission, transfer, and discharge process, ensuring efficient and safe patient flow through collaboration with physicians, interprofessional team, hospital leadership, and staff.
