Job Description
Supports and contributes to the execution of the Quality department's vision and strategies by coordinating and facilitating quality improvement projects. Proactively supports efforts that ensure delivery of safe and efficient patient care and services and promotes a safe environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
Experience
- 3 years of related experience or Master's degree; and 1 year of experience in Engineering, Quality or Patient Safety
- Experience participating in cross-functional teams
- Experience defining, collecting and analyzing data
- Experience applying problem solving approaches to identify and design solutions or interventions
