Job Description
Provides quality clinical information by accurately performing laboratory tests and procedures. Works effectively with others to meet patient and care provider needs. Actively promotes a lean work culture by performing team member duties to encourage consistent use of lean principles and processes, including continually seeking work process improvements. Recognizes necessity of taking ownership of own motivation, morale, performance, and professional development. Experience
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience in clinical laboratory required.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in medical technology, chemical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited institutionThree years of experience in a clinical laboratoryBasic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employmentEducation
An associate degree in a chemical, or biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology from an accredited institution is required; or equivalent laboratory training and experience meeting the requirements defined in the CLIA regulation 42CFR493.1489 is required.Certification Summary
