What you will do in your role
- Knowledge and experience in child-welfare, family support practices, social services, and community service providers.
- Perform home visits to clients’ homes, working closely with schools, health providers, social services, community service providers, etc.
- Additional duties include completing assessments, facilitating team meetings, writing plans of care, documenting all activities, referring clients to needed services, etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum Associate's Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or university AND ample proven experience as a case manager required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited college or University and two (2) years' related experience. (Foster Care, Child Welfare, Counseling, etc.) preferred.
- Must have valid Driver's License and ability to maintain insurability throughout employment.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
