Responsibilities : - Coordinates lectures, workshops, and other activities for the Pediatric Anesthesia Clinical and Research Internship (PACaRI) and Science Technology Education and Healthcare Career Programs. - Engages with students from both program and support the Program Director. - Manage front desk responsibilities for the Perioperative Anesthesia Division. - Support administrative operations as needed; helping to schedule meetings, answering phone calls, greeting visitors and routing people appropriately. - Prepare or assist in creating periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status, and other special reports for management and external agencies. - Assist in planning workshops, meetings, or conferences, coordinating logistics, scheduling, and participant communications. - Maintain liaison with staff, faculty, and external / community agencies to support program objectives. Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM, Hybrid Qualifications : -Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. - Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy in challenging interpersonal situations. - Ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external constituencies.
