Job Overview
The Administrative Professional is responsible for supporting general departmental office functions. The Administrative Professional provides customer service support to patients, families and internal staff. Additional duties may include, but are not limited to, answering and routing telephone inquiries; scheduling patients; copying, scanning and / or filing various documents; performing registration functions; and providing general information to others.
