We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in the North Campus Pre-Op, PACU, Post-Op department. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Patient-Centered Care: Deliver high-quality, family-centered care that prioritizes patient preferences, values, and needs.
- Teamwork & Collaboration: Function effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams, fostering open communication, mutual respect, and shared decision-making.
- Evidence-Based Practice: Integrate best current evidence with clinical expertise and patient/family preferences and values for delivery of optimal healthcare.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is required.
- Nursing Experience: One year of nursing experience, preferably in a pediatric setting.
- Certifications: Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license, Basic Life Support (BLS)/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from the American Heart Association, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
