Utilizes the nursing process to deliver nursing care to patients and families.What you will do
- Practice : Provides competent care for patients and families based on experience.
- Nursing practice and documentation is in accordance with CHOP, CHHC standards of care, policy & procedure as well as all regulatory and accrediting agency guidelines.
- Participates in on -call rotation to meet patient care needs.
- Professionalism / Leadership : Demonstrates competence in professional practice.
- Research : Demonstrates an awareness of research and its value to clinical practice.
- Participates in efforts to apply research findings to practice.

- Technical Diploma Nursing Required
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing PreferredExperience Qualifications
- Pediatric acute, subacute, other inpatient or Home Care experience Required
- At least two (2) years of inpatient nursing with pediatrics / adults Preferred
- At least one (1) year of home care experience PreferredSkills and Abilities
- Valid Driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Strong clinical judgment skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment
- Data entry skillsLicenses and Certifications
- Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - Pennsylvania State Licensing Board - upon hire - Required and
