Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other educators to support students' educational journeys.
- Provide early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support in their learning.
- Incorporate physical education activities into the curriculum to promote overall health and wellness.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behavior.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Familiarity with lesson planning and classroom management techniques.
- Previous experience in behavior management and early intervention strategies is a plus.
- Ability to create engaging physical education activities for young learners.
