We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our nurturing educational environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and exploration.
- Provide care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, using positive reinforcement techniques to promote good behavior.
- Conduct regular assessments of children's progress in various developmental areas.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Support children with special education needs by adapting lessons and providing individualized attention.
Experience
- Previous experience in preschool or daycare settings is preferred, demonstrating skills in caregiving and classroom management.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles, including behavior management strategies.
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children is essential.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
