We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant/Toddler Teachers to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and creativity.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support a collaborative learning community.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies.
- Collaborate with special education staff to accommodate the needs of children with disabilities or special needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that is conducive to learning.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a preschool or caregiving setting is essential.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- Experience working with students with disabilities or special education needs is a plus.
- Previous experience in babysitting or similar roles will be considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- A nurturing attitude with the ability to engage young learners in meaningful activities.
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
