What are the responsibilities and job description for the Infant Teacher position at Children's Lighthouse?

Our licensed child care center is looking for a teacher who is energetic and loves working with a team. We are looking for someone with a genuine love for young children. Our Infant Teacher will love all things about working with infants! Attendance is very important as it is critical for the consistency for our infant students. We are Texas Rising Star Accredited, meaning this teacher will be trained on implementing curriculum, creating portfolios for their students, and using the app Tadpoles to communicate with parents. We are looking for someone that is positive, a team player, and enjoys teaching! You must be able to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for around 85% of the day, and able to stay on track of the fast pace that can be an infant room. There are two teachers in every classroom.
In-depth training for this position is included.
All applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, willing to under go a background check, and if not FBI fingerprinted, willing to do so.
Must be willing to become First Aid and CPR certified.
