The Identity and Access Management (IAM), Lead Solutions Architect provides leadership and technical subject matter support for the Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms. The Lead is responsible for supporting management with the technical and team leadership in the IAM space, including supervision of Identity Access Analyst and Senior workload. Lead Analyst is the team escalation point for any complex issues that arise from daily work. Lead is considered the subject-matter-expert (SME) for the IAM-supported platforms and will be responsible for recommendations on the expansion and enhancement of the IAM platforms. Lead Analyst will be the point of contact for large and/or complex projects. Will make recommendations to leadership on the IAM policies, standards, roadmaps, etc.
The ideal candidate will have Identity experience as well as Development Project Management experience. Preferred experience in SailPoint.

- Leads, coordinates, and resolves complex IAM issues related to user account provisioning processes in accordance with information security policies and procedures.
- Leads the maintenance and support of IAM SailPoint optimization and integration tasks working with IAM developers, IT partners and business stakeholders.
- Assists management in leading the IAM team through technical, architectural and resource management activities.
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 or more years' experience in support, Informatics, Information Systems, or Information Technology experience. Project Management, Application portfolio management and leadership experience preferred. OR
- High School diploma, or equivalent, and 12 years' experience in support, informatics, Information Systems, or Information Technology experience accepted in lieu of a degree. Project Management, Application portfolio management and leadership experience necessary.

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
