Overview

The Telecom System Engineer is responsible for the for the implementation, operation, and maintenance of CMH's telecommunication systems, infrastructure, and voice applications, circuit facilities, call center solutions, call recording, and messaging infrastructure. In addition, The Telecom team supports Cable TV services, the hospital's Distributed Antenna System for mobility, and paging services. This role will support projects that will allow CMH to transform from legacy systems to VoIP.

The ideal candidate will have MS Teams, AudioCodes SBC, CCaaS (TalkDesk), Epic / Cerner EHR, as well as Mitel VoIP, Siemens 4k, Siemens OSV and PowerShell experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to commute to the KC metro for meetings and training.

This team member will be required to fulfill on-call and after hours rotations as needed.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $35.91 / hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
