- Creates dashboards and tracks progress of programs in their entirety.
- Assesses effectiveness of program implementation and supports future sustainability planning.
- Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of mental and behavioral health school health-related special events.
- Supports the oversight of the Community Outreach Portal and follow-up processes.
Manages program data for reporting to various internal and external audiences, including Community Benefit reporting:
- Creates reports, presentations and articles related to program activities.
- Utilizes quality improvement process to influence outcomes and services.
- Engages appropriate stakeholders in planning processes and ongoing activities.
Strengthens partnerships and existing collaborative relationships with schools and education related community-based organizations:
- Attends and coordinates school-based community outreach events.
- Coordinates communication and engagement strategies with schools.
- Engages appropriate stakeholders in planning processes and ongoing activities.
Supports annual collection and analysis of regional school related programs and services currently available:
- Coordinates efforts to collect internal school-related programs and practices.
- Supports in the creation of annual CM school-health catalogue mental and behavioral health insert.
- Bachelor's Degree required. Education in Behavioral Health or non-profit preferred, plus 3-5 years' experience.
- Experience in public health, community health and experience with school-based programming preferred
