Overview

Plans, coordinates, and monitors the development, implementation, training, evaluation and maintenance of assigned projects. Coordinates and facilitates communications with areas that interface with the Contact Center and Physician Services in relation to automated information.

The ideal candidate will have vendor and circuit management experience.

This team member must be able to commute to the KC metro for meetings and training.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates both hardware and software needs for the Contact Center. (Main and South Hospital).
  • Responsible for maintenance of Physican Database and Departmental Operations resources. Plans, directs, organizes and coordinates the design and acquistion of custom programing. Directs, organizes and controls the training of all users.
  • Demonstrates leadership qualities.

Other Important Functions :

  • Performance Optimization : Continuously optimize the performance of telecommunications systems
  • Incident Management : Manage and resolve incidents to manage downtime
  • Capacity Management : Ensure the systems have adequate capacity to handle current and future demand
  • Vendor Management : Coordinate the procurement, installation, and maintenance of systems and equipment
  • User Training and Support : Provide training and support to users as needed
  • Compliance : Ensure that systems comply with regulations and standards
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree, plus equivalent experience, is needed to be knowledgeable regarding new trends in clinical practice and information systems, and to apply data processing technology for the clinical and physician services areas. A minimum of 3-5 years experience required.

    Starting Pay

    Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $28.20 / hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.

    Remote Work / Work from Home

    This position is entirely remote or work-from-home. The person hired must live in the Kansas City metro area and may attend on-site meetings, as scheduled.
