Overview

The Children's Mercy Berry Institute Experiences (CMBI) Project Manager is responsible for co-leading orientation for all new team members. Orientation is every two weeks and is conducted in person. The project manager would help host the day including set up / tear down, public speaking, and assist with logistics of the day. The princluding assessing, managing, and executing projects within CMBI. This position serves as the Communications & Marketing Department's primary point of contact to the CMBI

Responsibilities

  • Assist with running orientation for all new team members. This includes public speaking, planning, organizing presentations, confirming presenters, and managing inventory.
  • Work with CMBI team members and stakeholders to define and manage project scopes, goals, and deliverables for the Berry Institute.
  • Assist with creating a streamlined onboarding approach at CM.
  • Work with CMBI leadership and the Marketing and Communications Department to create an integrated marketing campaign to raise awareness about CMBI offerings for team members and external parties :
  • Partner with CMBI teams, to help guide communications, copy and materials development that is on-brand relative to design, messaging, and tone. Provide direction to creative and design team, when needed. Responsible for final review, proof, and approval

    Starting Pay

    Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $29.54 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

    Remote Work / Work from Home

    This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
