Overview
The Lead Data Platform Engineer is responsible for the development, configuration, maintenance, testing, and monitoring of processes and products in support of our enterprise data platform. This role shares in the ownership of our data platform, building and positioning it as a crucial pillar of executing the Data Strategy for Children's Mercy Hospital.
- This role will primarily work in a Databricks environment.
- Machine Learning Operations (ML-Ops) experience strongly desired. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing AI models, along with the safeguards to make sure they run smoothly with continuous system monitoring to maintain model performance.
- This is a Fully Remote role. Candidates must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $53.05 / hr, but your salaried offer will be determined based upon your education and experience.
