Organizational Dev Practitioner( OE Consultant)

Overview

The Organization Development Practitioner consults with and advises leaders at Children’s Mercy with a primary focus on assessing, developing and implementing solutions that advance team member performance and support the development and effectiveness of leaders and team members by consulting on organizational design, performance management, succession planning, group dynamics, leadership development, leadership coaching, and facilitation of programs. Reporting to the Director of Organizational Effectiveness, ODPs are a member of an intradisciplinary team within Children’s Mercy’s Berry Institute.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership coaching and feedback to support development of leadership competencies consistent with organizational culture and goals.
• Assess, design, and implement interventions to improve staff engagement, employee experiences, and leader / team member effectiveness.
• Partner with subject matter experts, HR & Berry Institute team members to deliver to develop and deliver customized services and standard program offerings.

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $39.59 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
