Overview
Along with the director and manager of the Culture and Language Coaching Program, brings our organizational aspirations to life by designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating programs and resources for the KC Community of Bilingual Practice. This includes fostering community spaces and serving as the main point of contact for internal and external partners, as well as helping design and implement program evaluation.

Responsibilities
Oversees and monitors contract submissions, addendums, renewals, and external vendor relationships
- Writes, edits, and coordinates communications as well as distribution of materials as appropriate to the programs
- Maintains and coordinates program / project calendars, records, and databases; research information, gathers and computes various data
- Prepares special and / or one-time reports, summaries; replies to inquiries, selecting relevant data from a variety of sources
- Performs or delegates clerical and administrative support tasks, including creation, typing, and editing of program correspondence, program reports, program handbooks, and other publications
- Performs specialized activities of a programmatic nature in direct support of the accomplishment of program objectives and protocol
- Maintains the highest level of confidentiality and ethics in all work
Qualifications
Must have previous experience and strong knowledge of project management and program development.

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $25.52 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work / Work from Home
This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
